This noninvasive procedure removes superficial skin cells using a sophisticated exfoliation device and commonly treats fine lines, wrinkles, acne, age spots, and more.

What is microdermabrasion?

Microdermabrasion is a noninvasive procedure used to remove superficial skin cells using an exfoliation device. It is a common technique used to:

  • Smooth fine lines and wrinkles
  • Improve hyperpigmentation
  • Treat acne and acne scars
  • Treat age spots
  • Improve the overall appearance of skin

The procedure will last about 30 minutes. You may experience a mild scratching sensation as damaged skin is gently lifted and removed but no pain should be felt. Recovery time is minimal, if needed at all.
