Blepharoplasty, also known as an eyelid lift, combats wrinkles, sagging skin, puffiness, and fine lines around the eyes to reduce the signs of aging.

Blepharoplasty procedure

At your consultation, your surgeon will evaluate your condition and design a personalized treatment plan that addresses your needs.

Your doctor will administer IV sedation or general anesthesia during your blepharoplasty procedure. Your surgeon will make very fine incisions around the eyelid to remove excess fat and skin and lift the eye area. After the skin has been placed back over the newly rejuvenated area, the surgical sites are sutured, and you will be taken into recovery.

We will provide you with detailed pre- and post-operative instructions which you should follow closely and carefully. Many patients resume normal activities within 7 to 10 days after surgery.

  • Remove excess skin along the upper eyelids
